HARBOUR ONE
This 38 storey residential tower takes the advantage of its location such that all residential
units enjoy full panoramic view of the Victoria Harbour. The tower sits on a 7 story
podium of carparks to avoid traffic noise from the existing elevated highway.
Urban design considerations allow part of the ground level to be dedicated as open space
assessable for pedestrians from the MTR station. A variety of flat sizes are designed for a
mixture of families with penthouses on the top floors having both the mountain and
harbour views. A clubhouse of different amenities including an indoor swimming pool on the first floor caters to the needs of the residents as well.
